What we collect

When you send a quotation request or a contact message we collect the company name, contact name, business email, phone number, country, the details of your enquiry and any files you attach. When you request the company profile we collect your name, company, email and country. Our web server records the IP address the request came from, to limit automated abuse.

Why we collect it

Solely to prepare and follow up your quotation, and to send you the document you asked for. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except where a courier or laboratory needs a delivery address or a test sample reference to complete your order.

Artwork you send us

Artwork and specification files you attach to a quotation request are treated as confidential. They are stored outside the public area of this website, are accessible only to staff working on your enquiry, and are deleted 24 months after the enquiry closes unless an order is running against them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Records attached to an order placed with us are kept for seven years, as our tax and export obligations require.

Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie to keep your session and your quote list. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept them in the banner; decline and none are set.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the contact address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
