How an order runs
Six steps from your first email to trims on your production floor.
Enquiry
You send artwork, quantity and the delivery date. We confirm feasibility and price.
Sample
We produce a physical sample against your specification and courier it for approval.
Approval
You approve colour, weave, size and finish in writing. Nothing runs before that.
Production
The order enters our computerised production plan with a committed date.
Quality check
In-house lab testing plus 100% visual inspection before packing.
Delivery
Packed, barcoded and delivered to your factory or nominated forwarder.
