Before you write

Questions buyers ask first

What is your minimum order?

It varies by article — most sit between 1,000 and 5,000 pieces, and every product page publishes its own figure. Tell us the quantity you actually need; if it is below the listed minimum we will say so rather than quote a price we cannot hold.

How long does a sample take?

A physical sample is normally couriered within 5–7 working days of artwork approval. Nothing runs in bulk until you have approved that sample in writing.

Do you work to our buyer's test protocol?

Yes. Our routine panel covers colour fastness to washing, rubbing and perspiration, plus dimensional and print checks. If your buyer nominates a different method or grade, name it on the RFQ and we test to theirs. Third-party testing at SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas is arranged at cost.

Can you match a Pantone or an existing trim?

Send the Pantone reference or post us the physical trim. Yarn-dyed woven labels are matched to the shade card; printed labels are matched on press. Natural materials — horn, coconut, wood — vary by nature and are matched to a tolerance rather than exactly.

Which languages do you work in?

English for all commercial and technical correspondence. Bangla in our own units. Care-label artwork is produced in whatever language set your market requires.

Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

Most of our volume is delivered to garment factories inside Bangladesh against your nominated order. Direct export to your own warehouse is arranged on request through your forwarder.
